This program has reached its limits for the time being, however, the District is working on expanding the program. In the meantime, we are starting a Reservation List on a first come first served basis. If and when additional funding is allocated we will serve the people on this list first.Customers who already applied: Due to very large number of applications received in a short time, we are projecting the response for appointment to be about 12 weeks from the time we received the application.
Eligibility Guidelines:Participants must be retail, residential water customers who receive their water bills directly from Eastern Municipal Water District, and have individual residential EMWD water biling account number.
Single Family Homes including Condos, Town Homes & Mobile homes built prior to 1994. Participants must be replacing an older toilet that flushes 3.5 gpf (gallons per flush or more) and did not previously receive rebate or free toilet from the EMWD. Only toilets in your residence where EMWD directly provides water service, are eligible
